Taking charge of the order
Check that the orders of your stores are present in TPOP: if there is any communication problem between the store and us or if you have duplicated or modified a product for example, the order may be incomplete (or not appear at all).
Monitoring of blocked orders
Check that none of your orders are blocked: if there is a lack of payment, address or visual, the orders are blocked.
You must then make the necessary arrangements with your bank or change your payment method, rectify the visual or address and then resubmit the request for production.
