Technical constraints
💡 What not to do for a smooth process
- On your external store, never duplicate a product created by TPOP: it would not be taken into account by our system if a customer placed an order with you.
- Do not delete or modify the "SKUs".
- Do not modify or delete the variants created (size / color), do not reverse the options (do not put the size in place of color and vice versa).
- Do not change the type of product / "Distributor" - "Vendor".
- Do not mark your orders as processed: we will do this automatically. If you process your orders, we will not be able to update your customer tracking number and you will not be able to cancel an order from our dashboard.
- Do not delete an ordered product from your shop until it has been shipped: this may cause production problems.
- Do not publish more than 1000 colors variants per day on your Shopify Store (this causes your products to be out of sync).
The fluorescent
Whatever the support, the colors FLUO are to be avoided: the fluorescent rendering is not printable.
If you send a file with colors fluo integrated, we will print with the most approximate rendering. It is the same for all the specific colors (gold, silver, mirror effect...).
White (or similar) media
On the white supports (clothing or accessories) as well as on the very clear supports (beige type, like the pockets or beige for the products color natural) the white is never printed.
Thus, a white text on a white t-shirt will not be printed, as well as on a mug, on a pocket or on a tote-bag.
Black on black
For reasons of rendering, you should know that the black color will never be printed on a black textile: it is the color of the textile which will replace the ink.
Image quality
The higher the resolution of your image, the more detailed your product will be.
Concerning the dimensions of your visuals, be sure to send files of at least 2000 pixels wide (and 5000 pixels max), in 150 DPI: the rendering will be top.
However, even if our printers allow us a very precise restitution of your visuals, the textile is less defined than a sheet of paper: the micro-details may not appear properly, take this into account before sending your visuals.
The country of destination
If you place your orders manually from Shopify, remember to select the country of destination (often, it is forgotten): if it is not the case, you will be charged the most expensive rate, that of a world delivery.
We will not be able to rectify this billing once the order has gone into production, nor will we be able to grant a refund (the operation is time consuming and requires the manual creation of the shipping label).
We therefore strongly advise you, for the orders manual, to use the creation module of the platform, which will save you the Shopify fees.
And that's it.
