Template file
The print area, the size of your final file is 10" x 12" (25.4 cm x 30.4 cm).
Download this template file which will allow you to prepare top quality visuals.
Warning: this file contains markers that must be hidden/deleted before sending your design to the application. What appears on the mockup generator of the application is exactly what will be printed.
The files you send to the application must be in JPEG or PNG format, exported at 150 DPI minimum. The advantage of PNG is that this file format manages transparency (so no white "frame" around the visual).
Technical information
The resolution
To print your great designs, you need great files. Remember to create your files in the CMYK color space and then export them in RGB and 150 DPI/PPI.
Non-printable colors
White is never printed on white or white-like textiles (such as beige tote bags or pouches), nor is black printed on black textiles.
This is important information to take into account in order to avoid receiving a product with unprinted areas.
Neon colors relatives are difficult to reproduce.
Semi-transparency
It is important to avoid visuals with "semi-transparent" areas: printing consists of depositing ink on a textile, it is not possible to deposit "semi-transparent" ink. The result can therefore be disappointing, and this is something to be taken into account.
Print on demand constraints
All products are printed by humans (all nice, but humans nonetheless). We place your products on moving trays, manually. We make sure that they are always placed in the same way, but the strength of print on demand is also a sensitive point: there can be slight variations in placement between 2 products.
