Delivery and shipping information
Find out about the delivery times and prices of our print on demand offer.
Your customers will be pleasantly surprised when they receive their order by the quality of the parcel: no plastic packaging at TPOP.
Regarding the processing of orders, TPOP will start the production of your products within 2 to 4 days after order.
Then you have to count the shipping time:
- For France, shipping is 2-3 working days.
- In the European Union the announced delay is 3 to 10 working days
- In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days
Delivery is always tracked, and we automatically forward the tracking information to your store.
We always select the least expensive shipping method for each of your orders items, and always try to group your items together (if several of your orders items are addressed to the same recipient, they can be grouped together in a single package).

If your company has a valid intra-community VAT number (outside FRANCE), or if your company is located outside the European Union, delivery will be invoiced exclusive of tax.
Otherwise, 20% VAT will be applied to the delivery charge.
Customs fees :
Packages sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees depending on the country of destination.
These charges are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.
It is the final customer, i.e. your customer, who is required to pay these fees/taxes on import.
Responsibility for delivery :
We would like to remind you that TPOP's service covers the printing and dispatch of your order.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Use (accepted by you as soon as you use the application), you become responsible for the parcel as soon as it leaves our premises. We also remind you that the delivery times indicated are average and indicative times and have no contractual value.
