How are returns handled?

In the event of an address or order error by your customer, such as size or color, you can ask them to return the product to you so that you can place a new manual order on our platform. 

However, if the error is ours, we will reship the product or the entire order at our expense.

Please note that we do not alert you when your packages are returned to us, so it is crucial to regularly check the status of your orders on your panel.
