Place a sample order

You're 99% sure your products are great and you want to know for sure?

We understand that, whatever the definition of your screen, it will never be able to give you a better idea than a product at hand.

We've got the solution: sample orders! Order yours in just a few simple steps.

Steps to follow

To begin with, let's head for the TPOP dashboard.

Once on the home page, click on the "Order" link in the left-hand menu bar.

Here you are on the orders manual page: after spending 2 minutes admiring your catalog, it's time to take action. Click on the "Add to cart" button next to the product(s) you're interested in.

The basket page

The fateful moment has arrived: the shopping basket. If you wish to add an additional product to your order, click on its icon in the top left-hand corner. For larger catalogs, use the search bar above to find the product you are looking for.

To change the color or size of a product, click on the drop-down menu next to the product photo (see #1).

Want the same product in a different color or size? Click on the icon to the right of the drop-down menu (see #2).

Finally, to buy the same product in the same size and color, increase the quantity in the field to the right of the item (see n°3).

And because there's no such thing as an unrecoverable error, you can also delete a product from your shopping cart by clicking on the little trash can on the right (see #4).

Are you the proud owner of a promotional code? Then turn your cheap order into an even cheaper one by selecting your code from the drop-down menu at the bottom left (see n°5).

Does everything seem to be in order?

Delivery address

Let's move on to the right-hand side of the screen.

You are the recipient of the order: don't change a thing, everything is pre-filled! Is your order destined for someone else?

In this case, uncheck the box under "Recipient address" and enter the address of the lucky person in question.

All set? All you have to do is click on "Place order" and you'll be in production before you can say "yippee" (well, almost).

Order payment

Payment for your order will be made automatically to the card you enter in your dashboard when we place your order in production. If your payment method is not valid, the order will be blocked during production.

To monitor its status, simply go to the "orders" tab on the platform.
