Time to production

Retention period

When an order is placed on your store, by default we wait 24 hours before acting on your order.

From the first subscription (PLUS), you can, if you wish, opt for a shorter timeframe from your TPOP space preferences, taking into account the following:

  • The retention period allows you to cancel an order or change the delivery address, for example. Once an order has been placed in production, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • This does not mean that your orders order will be processed, printed and dispatched 24 hours and 1 minute after the order is placed, but that once the delay has passed your order is eligible for production.

Complete production process

  • A friendly human will check that the order is valid (items, visuals, etc.).
  • If the order is valid, we go into "production" mode: you are invoiced and the order is validated; it is no longer possible to modify it.
  • Other humans will then fetch all your products from stock
  • Your products will be dispatched to the appropriate departments: mugs, for example, are not printed in the same area as T-shirts.
  • The most motivated members of the team (hello team) will then prepare and print your visuals on the products: it sounds simple, but it's a complex stage.
  • Your finished products then undergo quality control (this is no laughing matter).
  • Then comes the folding stage, where delicate, careful hands ensure that your products arrive well-prepared.
  • The penultimate step is packaging: since we don't use plastic, our sublime, attentive humans pack your products in the appropriate pouches before...
  • Shipping. The crucial point: your labels are created at this stage, then affixed to the parcels. Next, the parcels are carefully placed in large metal carts for collection by the carrier.

That's it, the process is explained as simply as possible, but this way you'll have an idea of all the processes involved in printing an order.

If you've read the above paragraph carefully, you'll have noticed that orders is controlled manually: on non-working days, it will of course not be possible to process your orders at the same rate as during the week.

During busy periods, this deadline may not necessarily be met, but rest assured that we always do our best.
